1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Green Lodge Moorea website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking reference number.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through our payment partners. All prices are quoted in XPF (Pacific Francs) and EUR (Euros).

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices are guaranteed once a booking is confirmed and payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 7-13 days before arrival: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

Cancellation by Green Lodge Moorea

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
• Photo identification is required at check-in

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and local community
• Follow all local laws and regulations
• Take care of the property and facilities
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Respect the natural environment and wildlife

6. Liability and Insurance

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Limitation of Liability

Green Lodge Moorea's liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your stay or use of our services.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, or other event beyond our reasonable control.

8. Activities and Excursions

Activities and excursions are operated by independent third-party providers. While we carefully select our partners, guests participate at their own risk. We recommend:

• Following all safety instructions provided by activity operators
• Disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations
• Ensuring you have appropriate insurance coverage
• Understanding that weather conditions may affect activities

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Lodge Moorea and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of French Polynesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of French Polynesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
